30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from delivery date to initiate a return.

To be eligible for a return:

Items should be in the same condition you originally received them.

They should be unused or unworn, with original tags, and in the original package.

A receipt or proof of purchase is necessary.

We will send you a return shipping label and instructions on returning your item once we have approved your return request.

Items returned to us without an approved return request will be refused.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please check your order upon delivery. If you’ve been delivered a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, get in touch with us immediately so we can act swiftly and settle the problem.

Non-Returnable Items

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)

Personal care items (e.g., beauty or hygiene products)

Exchanges
It is always best to return the original item to exchange an item. After having your return approved, you can then purchase a new item for the item you want.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your purchase was delivered to a country in the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return it for any reason—no reason required—within 14 days.

To be eligible:

The item should not be used, should have tags, and its original packaging

Receipt or proof of purchase should be produced

Refunds
After we receive and process your return, we will let you know the status of your refund.

If approved:

Refund will be made back to your original payment within 10 business days

Processing time can take a little longer with some banks or credit card companies
