Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.
For European Union customers, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return an order for any reason.

This ensures you know exactly what to expect—no hidden costs or surprise deductions. Damaged or incorrect items are fully covered by us, while change-of-mind returns simply require you to handle the return shipping. Our goal is to keep the process simple, transparent, and stress-free.
Eligibility for a Return
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
It must have the original tags and packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Label – Customer Responsibility
The responsibility for arranging a return label depends on the reason for your return:
Customer Responsibility (Change of Mind, Wrong Size Ordered, etc.)
You are responsible for arranging and paying for your own return shipping.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and packaging instructions.
If you prefer, we can generate a prepaid return shipping label for you and deduct the cost from your refund.
Our Responsibility (Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items)
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label at no cost.
The label will be sent to you by email in PDF format for you to download and print.
You must ship the item back within 7 days of receiving the label.
We will review and investigate the case within 2–3 business days after receiving your return request.

In the Package – may be provided for replacement orders or warranty returns.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2–3 business days.
If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
No restocking fee applies.
